X/Y Dual Axis Gyroscope

ETG-D100

The ETG-D100 series high-performance X/Y biaxial angular velocity sensor (gyroscope) is a biaxial MEMS gyroscope developed based on advanced silicon micro mechanical manufacturing technology and single-chip integrated packaging technology. It supports ± 300 °/s full-scale output performance and zero bias instability below 1 °/hr. The output angular rate data is in 24 bit binary complement format and can be accessed through SPI digital compatible interface. The ETG-D100 series can achieve precise angular velocity measurement in high vibration environments, suitable for applications such as inertial navigation, attitude measurement, and platform stability control.
