EIA-X2000

The EIA-X2000 series accelerometer is a capacitive MEMS high-performance accelerometer mainly used in fields such as earthquake, vibration, and inertia. This series of accelerometers consists of high-performance ASIC and MEMS sensors. The EIA-X2000 accelerometer supports analog differential output and SPI digital output, and supports on-chip temperature compensation.
